Fonctions différentiables invariantes sous l'opération d'un groupe réductif

Soit Γ un groupe, soit Γ→ GL (n,R) une représentation complètement réductible de Γ, et soit p 1 ,...,p m un système de générateurs de l’algèbre des fonctions polynômes sur R n , invariantes par Γ. Dans l’article on démontre que toute fonction analytique sur R n , invariante par Γ, peut s’écrire comme fonction analytique en p 1 ,...,p m  ; on obtient également un résultat analogue pour les fonctions indéfiniment différentiables.

Let Γ be a group, let Γ→ GL (n,R) be a completely reducible representation of Γ, and let p 1 ,...,p m be a system of generators of the algebra of Γ-invariant polynomial functions on R n . In the article it is proved that every Γ-invariant analytic function on R n can be written as analytic function in p 1 ,...,p m ; there is also obtained an analogous result on smooth functions.
